Cast Aside What No Longer Serves You

“It is with relative ease that we open this session tonight.  The healing that took place is essential for your nourishment; to assimilate both food, as well as spiritual food.”

“Cast aside what no longer serves you.  We speak to you of this on every level.  Divorce it from your mind.  Get it out of your house and away from your Being.  Let go.  Do not hold on to something that weighs you down.  If it does not make you Light and Joyful and full of Happiness, then let go of it, because it’s actually hindering your progress.  This is a time now where you will need to Center in Love.  Center your energy as you have been shown, and do it when you feel like you’re overwhelmed; at work, at home, when you’re in confrontation, after you have had a nightmare, or bad dream.  You had not thought of that.  Center your Self, after waking up, when you have gone through an anxious dream.”

Learn To Smile More

"Learn to smile more, because it will lift your Spirits.  Learn to laugh more, because it will heal your Heart.  Allow the Holy Spirit to come upon you and to guide you, the way that you need to go, in order for your life to be complete and to be made manifest for the Glory of God, because it’s through his Purpose and his Will that all things are done.  So we will say again, align your Will with God’s Will and that is when it is perfect.”

Self-Created Obstacles

As we learn our own lessons through our many Life Expressions, it makes us better able to help others that are struggling with the same.  We lead by example.

A:  “Ok, we’re going to start with J.”

A: “You have walked on the Path that was laid out before you, and were able to overcome some of your own Self-Created obstacles.  We’re very proud of you that you were able to recognize some of this inner conflict and pass through it.  It is making you a stronger woman; a more stable woman and this is what we want for you, this state of balance and calm, because the task ahead as people talk to you or about you, can become rocky if you’re not Self-Realized.  This is a Spiritual term and it has to do with the many facets of your Personality and your Belief Systems.  When you are strong within your Self and you know it, no one can knock you down.  No one can make you doubt your Self.  You walk in Faith.  Your eyes are upon God, and you are firm on your foundation.  This is why we had to work on these different facets of your Personality, so that you would learn what Freedom from Constraint felt like.  You had placed certain limitations on your Mind, about your place in the World, and the order in which you lived.  As you look back now, you can see the wisdom in what you were able to overcome and it truly was not a hard thing.  This hardness that you perceived within your Mind; you created.  So when you were finally ready to let go of it, you were able to move forward.  Does that not  feel better?”

J:  Yes.                                                                                                                              

A:  “As you face other challenges with people, remember what you have overcome and have compassion with them and encourage them to be courageous, and face these things about themselves; head on, because there will be others that have done the same thing to themselves.  

You can be that example.”

Be At Peace All Men

“Be at Peace all men, for it is within that Peaceful state that many Minds are brought together in an effort to be of assistance to those that are a part of the Collective.  The journey that you are on has already been journeyed by others; which know the pitfalls, and the joys of what you’re about to do.  This is not a new road by any way that you could describe it, and King Solomon described it best when he said; there is nothing new under the Sun.  So, even though you may view things as harsh, and feel like you’re battling through a jungle that has never been hacked away; trust us when we say, it has in fact already been done, but to you, this is a first, and the impression will be strong.  You must not ever compare your Path with another’s, for all of you are walking your own Path and learning your own lessons.  Where one is strong in one area, another is weak in another, and visa-versa.  Be true to your Self.  Do not lie to your Self.  Be as objective as you can be.  For it is in Truth, that your Soul accomplishes the greatest.”

The Light of Hope

We are given encouragement and inspiration by many Beings of Light, because after all, we are Children of the Light.  Those that aspire to climb the spiral of Jacob's Ladder do so with guidance by Jesus, the Christ, Angels, Masters, Guides and other Celestial and Earthly Beings of Light.  

Below is an excerpt of the changing of the Guard; those that were stepping back and new Teachers that were presenting:

“It is with a heavy heart that we must go soon, for we have attended you diligently in all matters of the Heart."  

"We have seen the joy upon your faces, and these have been lessons that have been well learned, but it’s now time for you to proceed further along your Spiritual Path and soon you will be given new Guides, and other Teachers will come in to assist you, and to take you by the hand and lead you further, but know that we will check on you from time to time.  For as our Student, you are not forgotten.  We are blessed by the courage, and the love, and the respect, and the honor, that you have given us, and we bless you with these next endeavors that you’re about to take on.  We hold the Light of Hope in front of us, for we know your capabilities, and hope that you will pass every test on your journey.  Thank God, for having been given these opportunities to excel and to progress, because they are lessons learned; ones that you will not need to repeat.  Instead, put them into your Storehouse of Knowledge and use them as you need to.  We love you.  We take a moment to commune with you.  Feel us surround you now.” 

I see them linking their hands together and they have completely surrounded us.  They’re singing; toning.  

“Now you need to do your Heart Meditation next.”

Enjoy your divine guidance and the support that you are given.  Give Thanksgiving every day for the Blessings that have been bestowed upon you.  We are uplifted by the communion.
